IREX strongly recommends that you submit your online application prior to November 2, 2011.  The high volume of application submissions on November 2 may slow the online system.  This can create challenges for applicants submitting applications in areas with low bandwidth.

Paper Application:

Applicants who cannot complete the application online may download and complete a paper application (two parts).  Three (3) complete copies of all application materials must be received by the IREX office in your country of citizenship in one package by 5 PM local time on Wednesday, November 2, 2011.
